GENOVA SCIENCE FESTIVAL — Corporate identity of the Telecom Pavillion at Festival of Science Genova

While doing my stage at E1 I was in charge of the graphic for the IDII stand at the Genova Science Festival. Telecom Italia validated the proposal and extended the visual language to all the stands of the Telecom pavillion. The visual included the pattern for the stands, the descriptive posters and the table sticker. The general theme of the different installation was the water environment. There was the need of a modular system to adapt to the different needs and Escher pattern was chosen as base of the corporate language.

FORM COVER — A metaphore to visualize a concept.

Why can't I dream that I'm asked to do the cover of such a magazine? :-( I don't need an answer. :-)
"Less is more" is a concept that can suit to design as to food quality. [ ...although.. "more is not less". ]

STADT WEG — Signage as a pretext for an exchange between tourists and visitors during an architectural fair.

The request was to produce a city guide of curiosities and historical information about the ciy of Cologne. Signage consists of different shaped blackboard as support for direction info and clues to explore Cologne. A question engraved stimulated people who live in the area to express the stories related to the place. Part of the system was a guide with information and white pages to take a diary of the visit. Different shaped totem attracted the people attention on points of interest. The blackboards worked as a collection of stories, then when rain comes, old stories go and new ones appear.

JOB POSTER

This poster was supposed to attract the attention of writers for a collaboration with Milano Arte fanzine. The poster has two readable distance: one from far away to attract the attention and one from near with the information. The idea is to catch people attention from far away and invite them to get nearer.
